What’s Next…

Guys: I’ve been a total zombie blogger over the last couple of months. What the heck is a zombie blogger, you ask? I don’t think it’s a real thing. I totally just made it up. Maybe it will catch on. Please RT.

It’s been a combination of me being A. super busy and B. not really paying to the amount of collaborations I’ve signed on to. And yesterday I finally decided to get it together and yikes — I’m in the middle of a lot of them! Did I just stretch myself a little too thin? Abso-freakin’-lutely.

Don’t get me wrong: I love working with brands. It’s one of the greatest joys I have as a blogger. However, when you sign on to so many campaigns that you don’t really have time to produce original content you think of yourself, well, that’s kind of a problem.

I do have some pretty awesome brand campaigns coming up which I hope you’ll enjoy — however, I’m learning how to say "no" to a few things here and there and just come up with original content. I made myself a goal of doing video content at the beginning of the summer. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t plan video shoots in the middle of the D.C. heat. We’ll push those bad boys until September when Mother Nature decides to chill a little bit.

Anyway. I’m not usually so copy heavy in posts! This dress has been my jam for the last 2.5 months. Yup, I’ve had it for that long and I’m just getting around to posting it. My bad. I think it looks way, way better IRL and I get so many compliments on it. It’s a go-to for me for sure!
