Happy Friday, friends! I don’t know about y’all, but I sure am happy to see it. It’s been a week over here between the ear lobe situation, getting my eyes checked, and some behind-the-scenes stuff with the visa. Plus, I’ve been head down in all things video over here and I’m SO excited to share more with y’all! It’s just been a heavy adulting week, ya know? Anyway, I am so glad we’re in finally in February, my birthday month, but I thought before we completely say goodbye to January … that we’d break down the items were the MOST excited about! I’ve loved sharing these items with you guys and am happy to see that you guys have loved them, as well. Let’s get into it, shall we?
First off, this dress is amazing quality and comes in at $69. It’s one of those items you can wear with a slew of styles and it always works. I’ve been pairing it with a denim jacket because, well … it’s January … ha, but come spring, it’ll be great on its own, too. I’m wearing XXS petite in both the dress and jean jacket, which is on sale for $35, by the way!
I always love to see that y’all are big animal print fans, like I am. This sweater has a more muted neutral version of animal print, so if leopard or snakeskin is too loud for you, this is a good middle ground. It happens to be on sale for $62 and will be a good lightweight item heading into Spring.
I snuck up to Chicago for a couple of days in the beginning of January and, I must say, I wish I had brought more of the cold weather back down to Florida with me. It’s already getting humid and hot. BUT … can I admit something about this sweater? I have it in four colors! Yep, four. It’s that good. It’s marked down up to 40% at the moment so if you’re a fan of it, I suggest stocking up. If you want to see more ways I styled this classic sweater, see it in action in white, cream and gray.
These were on 2019’s Top Selling Items post, too, and I’m not surprised. As I mentioned in that post [and as you can see above], I have them in several colors and have styled them more times than I can count. They’re my go-to when I want to look a bit more conservative or classic while still being current. I’m wearing an 00 petite but I’d read reviews to decide on size as I think my recommendation is a little off from what others suggest.
I absolutely love this scent for Spring and it takes a lot for me to say that because perfumes typically give me headaches. Not this one though! John got me this for Christmas and it’s quickly become a staple.
I wore this Minnie Mouse sweatshirt over the holidays when I took John to Disneyland [which was SO fun by the way]. I find it to run large so definitely order down a size. Definitely a comfy, cute option for a day at Disney or for a casual look with denim.
Pastels are a major trend for Spring 2020 and I’m also seeing a lot of neon when it comes to sneakers. These Nike’s incorporate both of those trends and make a really cute combo, in my opinion. Y’all loved these, too, which was fun to see. They run true to size and are comfortable enough for all-day wear.
I’ve been so picky about my investment pieces after selling quite a few the past two years that literally just sit on a shelf. It’s been fun to see how much you guys have loved this bag. Mulberry isn’t a well-known designer brand in the States so I’d love to know if you’d like a handbag review post on this one. Please let me know in the comments.
You’ve seen me wear a lot of these basics several times, especially while traveling or running around town. This is a great white tee basic [comes in a TON of colors] that can be worn multiple ways. Y’all can check out my LTK page for multiple inspo outfits [here and here to start].
Clearly … January has made you guys are thirsty for some pretty Spring finds! NOTED! This was the top clicked on and best selling item for the month of January! Anddd .. it’s also sooo funny that the first photo I have ever taken with a tripod gets the most traction this month, hahah! I’m so sorry this dress is sold out but I will keep an eye out for pretty similar options … tiered dresses, paisley printed dresses, etc!
Also, before I go, I want to say another huge THANK YOU to everyone who has been supporting my Scunci Collection at Walgreens. It was tons of fun watching y’all share and style items from the collection in January and I’m just blown away by all the love. I’ve absolutely loved everything about the process, from the amazing teams I’ve worked with, to the design process, and to see y’all respond [my favorite part!]. Y’all can see the entire collection here if you haven’t already.
Have a wonderful weekend! xo.
