Styling a Vintage Hermes Scarf

How to dress up a simple white blouse  Hermes crossbody bag Vintage Hermes large scarf simple fall #style how to wear frayed, boyfriend denim
Good morning, friends! Happy Monday and hope you had a great weekend. Here today sharing how I’m styling a vintage Hermes scarf to spruce up an otherwise simple outfit.
White blouse // Hermes scarf (via Repeat Couture; similar) // Denim // Flats // Crossbody bag (gently used version here) // Earrings // Sunglasses // Rings // Station Bracelet // Beaded bracelet
I love accessorizing with classic silk scarves and this vintage Hermes scarf is no exception! It’s actually on sale right now here, via a Houston-area luxury consignment boutique. I love picking up designer pieces second-hand or on the consignment market. It’s a great way to get expensive pieces at a better price to add to a collection. I hope to continue growing my Hermes scarf collection more in the years to come! Check out this previous post styling an Hermes scarf.
This otherwise simple outfit, a white blouse and denim, get kicked up a notch with a pop of color in the silk scarf. Styling a vintage Hermes scarf is as easy as tossing it around your neck for an additional accessory. I also love tying my scarves around my handbags or if it’s smaller, in my hair (see an example in this post).
Depending on the size of the scarf, you can knot it in a variety of ways around your neck. Here’s a useful guide that has three different ways to tie a scarf that I think are great for beginners.
