MY EXACT LOOK
If there’s one brand that I’m obsessed with right now it’s Reformation. If you know the brand, chances are you can spot one of their dresses from a mile away. Why? Because its probably a dress you instantly love. If you’re less familiar with this "cool girl" brand, it’s basically the perfect combination of sexy meets feminine. Right off the bat, the line has pieces that you can literally wear every single day. Know those items that you buy, wear once, and never see again? Reformation isn’t that brand. When I say I wear my Reformation dresses all the time… I mean I wear them ALLLL THE TIME. Basically every summer day, to drinks, dinner, on dates, with sneakers to sports games — the list goes on.
I’d say its a step up from the Brandy Melville scene, with a bit more quality and timeless appeal. It’s definitely more "on trend" than your usual basics brands like Theory, Vince, and Jenni Kayne. Their fabrics and prints show off a bit more personality, but are subtle enough to still count as neutrals. Usually their prices range from $65-200s, but catch them at a good time (like right now) and you’ll find your next most-worn item on major sale.
This green dress has easily become my favorite dress this summer! Not only is the color really flattering, but silhouette is as well. It’s usually my first pick for dinner dates or wine nights with the girls — I most recently wore it out to dinner at Dolce Riviera in Dallas, a MUST for anyone in the Dallas area and am wearing it again tonight for a friend’s birthday party. I’m partial to green but this silhouette also comes in lots of colors — red, black with cherries, grey linen, black.
I’ve linked this dress below along with lots of other Reformation dresses. They have lots of pieces on sale right now, great wrap dresses, options for wedding season, and going out tops and jeans to transition into fall. I just bought THIS BLACK TOP and know it’ll be my go to when I need a black top/ jean combo come fall.
