Longing for spring weather over here has been unreal. So when the sun peaks out behind the clouds it’s seriously joyous, even if it’s still a little chilly outside.
I hadn’t worn Vineyard Vines since high school, but the recently opened storefront in Highland Village lured me in for a Christmas gift back in December for the boyfriend. Of course, I couldn’t keep that one track mind and wandered back into the women’s section. So much color, so much fun, so much preppy-classic looks. I’ve often been told my look is classic with a twist – and perhaps this is a look that epitomizes that. I loved that these cords were not only polka dot but then inside select dots is a little Martha’s Vineyard island, so cute, right?
I was hesitant about investing in a pair of red Chloe flats (I normally would go for a neutral), but I’m so glad I went for the color because I wear them with everything! Plus they’re so comfortable, definitely worth the investment.
