I’ve been all about mixing shades of blue lately. Probably the most prevalent color in my spring & summer wardrobe. Case in point: here, here and here.
I’m a huge fan of Equipment, while their blouses and tops can be a bit pricey, they are the best quality I’ve found. I like this mixed media version with chambray and polka dots. Plus, they can often be found on sale and discounted at Nordstrom Rack or Last Call.
This particular chambray top is fun because it has the tie-front detail included in the cut, which means no awkward tucking and bunching in places you wouldn’t anticipate.
I was recently reintroduced to Sole Society and love their shoes. These sandals receive so many compliments every time I wear them and they’re under $75, plus come in two other colors. At 5’3 I often am looking for a sandal to run around in during the summer months that gives me some height and comfort – these striped cuties fit the bill!
P.S. gift idea for all those grads in your lives or summer birthdays! Moon and Lola, a North Carolina-based jewelry company has the most adorable charm bar in which you can personalize bracelets, necklaces and the like. I personalized a simple bangle with Rick and I’s initials that I’ve found myself wearing more and more since our engagement.
