There are a few colors I hope never go "out": magenta-infused plum for cool falls, bright coral for mid-summers, hunter green for crisp winters, and mint for budding spring.
That’s what struck me about this skirt from Catch Bliss Boutique. The color. So classic and so… spring.
And let’s be honest, spring is all I’m wanting at the moment.
This entire outfit was focused on the color of the skirt.
I stayed away from the pinks and oranges I’m often drawn to and chose instead to compliment with stripes and neutrals.
And I’m so glad I did… I loved the understated simplicity and freshness mute tones brought the outfit.
I added a bowed belt (one of my finer investments from Forever21), nude pumps and pearls to play up the preppiness, but can’t wait for summer to throw the skirt on with a bright tank, wedges, and a Kendra Scott necklace. (Already jumping to summer, slowww down Kate!)
