I’m jumping head first back into my workout routine today. I’ve been trying to do a high intensity type workout at least two days a week and walk a few other days. Rick and I have been playing golf lately too which has been a fun workout. In the next week or so I’m going to share with y’all a workout update, so stay tuned.
