Can you tell I love this outfit? I’ve been wearing this combination non-stop since I received it from my friends at Vineyard Vines. The fall transition is tough here in the South, and we really don’t see cooler temperatures until late October, sometimes early November. If there was ever a top that was made for me, it’s this one. I remember seeing it first int he catalogue and then in-store and knew I had to have it. Fits like a gem and the coloring and frill sleeves are so fun. I’m wearing my true size, a small. And lucky for you, it’s currently on sale!
I struggle with skirts, but this was another one of those pieces that fit me like a glove. I’m all about the fatigue green color for fall – see this past post and this one here – and just love how this skirt makes me feel like I’m dressing for fall even though it’s still terribly hot outside. Dressing for fall in the South with Vineyard Vines really couldn’t be easier. I know I’ll be wearing the heck out of this skirt, paired with booties and more as we start to cool down.
Now I just need the temps to drop so I can start pulling out my sweaters!
