3 Ways To Start Your Morning Right

Skincare Routine
We love pampering ourselves and taking care of our skin, so why not start your day with a skincare regime that will not only make you look great and refreshed but also feel like a whole new person in the morning. I've actually cut down my skincare in recent months because these days I don't feel the need to slather on a bunch of different products on my skin every day. Instead, I've been using less products but ones that have amazing benefits for my skin. I start off by cleansing with the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser and my Foreo Luna Mini. I love this little device because it leaves my skin feeling extremely fresh, yet still plumped and comfortable. Of course, I then use a moisturizer, preferably the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream as it makes my skin look really glowy, plump and moisturized. The Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado has been a firm favourite of mine for almost 4 months now and it does an amazing job at keeping my eye area hydrated.
Healthy Breakfast
I still can't quite believe that I only recently started to have breakfast every single morning. I used to be so lazy with it but thanks to Pinterest, I'm now really looking forward to eating breakfast because it's literally filled to the brim with delicious and healthy meal ideas. I always try to keep my breakfast as healthy and light as possible, it makes such a difference in the way I feel and I have much more energy to actually get things done early in the morning. I wish I had the time to make a fancy little acai bowl everyday because they're my favourite! Most of the time I'm in a rush so these Healthy Breakfast Recipes for busy mornings come in really handy.
Set Daily Goals
Typically while I'm having breakfast, I like to write down my goals or plans that I have for the day in a little notebook. This method really helps to keep me mindful of my direction so I don't go off track and watch Netflix all day long. Keeping a schedule for the day will help you manage your time better and you're less likely to forget about things or get distracted. To be honest, I didn't like the thought of strictly planning out my day at all, because I'm the type of person that takes things on as they come but I'm now so glad that I started doing it. I'm much more organized and I'm working faster in general.
