The key to making the best chocolate martini is using quality chocolate liqueur, or at least one that you personally enjoy. It is the star of the show after all. I like Godiva, or the one I used in this recipe, Borgata Chocolate Liqueur.
The Best Chocolate Martini Recipe
- 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2 oz Chocolate Liqueur, I used and love Borgata Chocolate Liqueur-it’s so delicious.
- 3 oz vodka
- 2 dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters , you can skip these, but they add the best little flavor kick!
- A piece of chocolate, for chocolate shavings garnish
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker along with ice filled halfway. Shake for 15 seconds. Serve in martini or coupe glasses. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
too chic and cute post. xoxo.
