I’m sure you’ve seen the Summer 2022 Crochet Trend everywhere. Although, I do think crochet always has a summer moment each year. It’s just that this summer it really seems to be the popular girl. I personally love crochet. Even though crochet pieces are more often than not breezy, because of all of the holes naturally occurring in the pattern, there is still something so cozy about it to me. Could it be because I associate it with a blanket a grandma would make? Possibly 🙃

I hope you had a wonderful weekend and if you celebrated Father’s Day with your dad or figures in your life, I hope it was special. We hosted my dad and father-in-law yesterday and just had a chill, relaxing time. I made steak, eggs, potatoes, bloody mary’s, coffee cake…all of the dad-approved brunch things. I actually want to remake the bloody mary’s and coffee cake again soon, because it was my first time making both of them and they were a hit, so I want to share the recipe with you!
