Should I have been wearing a coat on this -15 degree day? Yes. Was it necessary to show you how amazing this blouse is? Yes. I haven’t totally phased by the Winter collection from Zara but the sprinklings they are starting to share for spring really have me adding to cart in a ferocious manner. I adore the peplum style of this blouse and the side ties just elevate the look! Shirt is true-to-size if you’re thinking of buying ;)
